Gordon Marks

Gordon Marks proudly served in the United States Navy from 1970 to 1976, achieving the Petty Officer Second Class rank. During his service, Gordon was stationed aboard the USS Enterprise (CVAN-65), one of the Navy's most storied aircraft carriers. He was deployed to Vietnam during one of the most intense periods of the conflict.

As an Enterprise crew member, Gordon was critical in supporting military operations during the Vietnam War, contributing to various missions, including airstrikes, reconnaissance, and logistical support. His time aboard the Enterprise was marked by moments of high tension and camaraderie, where he formed lasting bonds with fellow sailors while serving his country during a pivotal moment in history.

After his honorable discharge in 1976, Gordon returned to civilian life, carrying the discipline, resilience, and leadership skills instilled in him during his time in the Navy. His experiences have shaped his unwavering commitment to service, and he remains an active veteran community member.

Gordon's service and sacrifice embody the values of dedication, teamwork, and courage that define the men and women of the U.S. Navy. Today, he is proud to continue contributing to his community, sharing his story, and supporting fellow veterans.
